We draw directly from the Lulu Wap Spring in the Blue Grouse Range. Our water is gravity fed and bottled in micro-batches to ensure it never sits in a warehouse. We deliver it to your door within hours of it leaving the mountain so you receive the freshest hydration possible.

2. Is the water safe and healthy to drink?

Our water is more than just safe. It is incredibly healthy. It is lab-verified to be 10x clearer than standard tap water and emerges with a natural 8.1 pH. We use a final UV safety guard to ensure it is clean and compliant without ever using chemicals, chlorine, or fluoride. This is water in its most vibrant, natural state.

3. What kind of jugs do you use?

We use high-quality, BPA-free plastic jugs designed for durability and purity. All jugs are reusable. We exchange your empty jugs at every delivery so they can be professionally cleaned and disinfected before being put back into service.

4. How does the delivery schedule work?

We are in every area of the Okanagan Valley at least once a week. You will receive a notification the day before we are in your community. You can simply opt in for a delivery or opt out if you are already stocked. If you ever run into an emergency, reach out to us. We never want you to go without water.

5. Are there contracts or commitments?

No. You have total freedom. There are no contracts to sign and no long-term commitments. You only pay for the water you need, when you need it. You remain in complete control of your account and your delivery frequency.
